On the day that marks National Equal Pay Day in Portugal, the companies of the Inapa Group in Portugal, namely Inapa Packaging, Inapa Shared Center and Inapa IPG, SA, were distinguished with the “Equal Pay Seal” 2023 This award, presented by the Commission for Equality in Labor and Employment – CITE, aims to reward companies for their good practices in promoting Equal Remuneration between Women and Men for equal work or work of equal value.

Presentation of the nominated companies
- Inapa IPG, SA is the company that consolidates the Group's operating companies, which operate in the paper, packaging and visual communication sectors.
- Inapa Packaging is a company with more than 20 years of experience and a market leader in Packaging and Shipping of Products and Equipment, Service, Parts and Repair. In Portugal, this company has a team of around 40 people distributed across two strategically positioned warehouses (one in the north of the country, in Santa Cruz do Bispo and the other in Sintra).
- Inapa Shared Center was created with the purpose of developing a competence center for the entire Inapa Group, seeking more effective management of the Group's resources in all countries where it operates. Created in 2012, it has a team of more than 60 employees specialized in different technical areas - information technology, finance, human resources, procurement, among others - and responds to the diverse needs of the Group's companies.
